Welcome to prolli. These Terms govern your access to and use of the prolli app, website, and related services ("Services"), provided by AL-RABIT AL-AHTARAFI For Information Technology ("prolli"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Services.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you post on prolli. You grant prolli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Services.

You will not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, harassing, or that violates anyone's privacy or dignity.

4. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access without permission.
  • No impersonation or false representation of identity or affiliation.
  • No spam, phishing, or deceptive recruiting practices.
  • No uploading of malicious software or attempts to disrupt the Services.

5. Fees

Basic features are free. Paid features (e.g., for hunters) are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The prolli name, logo, software, and design are the property of prolli. You may not use any of these without our written permission, except as permitted in-app.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, prolli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
